The role & training
What does a chatter do?
A chatter manages written subscriber conversations on behalf of models on OnlyFans and Fanvue. You follow the model’s tone and approved instructions, support content sales and prepare clear handovers. The role involves adult content and is for applicants aged 18 or older.
Do I need previous experience?
The recruitment and training path is designed to include beginners. Communication skills, reliability, feedback and the required assessment all matter. Completing training does not guarantee a job.
Who can apply?
You must be at least 18, have access to a PC or laptop and reliable internet, and be comfortable with adult creator content. Clear written communication, reliability and a willingness to learn matter. Include your country, city and availability so we can review your suitability.
Is training paid? How long does it take?
Training duration, the schedule and any payment or cost arrangements are explained before training starts. The $500 first-month salary refers to the first month of work; it does not establish separate training-pay terms.
Pay & working arrangements
How much can I earn?
Your first month of work at Evzon is paid at $500. After your first month, we review your progress. If you are improving, you can earn more. Higher pay depends on demonstrated performance and is agreed with Evzon. There is no automatic increase or fixed future amount. Your agreed terms explain payment dates and any deductions.
Is a raise automatic after the first month?
No. The first-month review considers your communication quality, reliability, ability to apply feedback and performance over time. If an increase is approved, Evzon agrees the new amount and effective date with you.
How is the earnings planner calculated?
The first working month remains $500. You enter a hypothetical later monthly salary and bonus. The year-one illustration adds $500 to 11 months of that future amount, assuming it starts in month two. It is a scenario, not an approved salary or forecast.
What equipment do I need?
You need a desktop PC or laptop, a reliable internet connection and a suitable place to focus. A phone alone is not sufficient. We explain the required tools and access instructions during onboarding.
What shifts will I work?
Your actual schedule is agreed with Evzon for the assignment. The planner uses 8 hours per working day and 26 working days per month as editable examples, not a required or guaranteed schedule.
Is remote work available?
Working arrangements are discussed during recruitment. Tell us your location and availability, and confirm the schedule, equipment and connectivity requirements before accepting a role.
Applications & referrals
How do I apply for a chatter role?
Select Apply now and complete the application. No account or referral code is required. If someone referred you, you can use their link or add their optional code. Creating a partner account is a separate process.
Which account should I create?
A candidate application is for people who want to train and work as chatters. Referrer registration is for people who want to introduce candidates and track rewards. Admin access is granted by an existing administrator. Creating a referrer account does not submit a job application.
What happens after I submit?
The team reviews your details and suitability before moving the application forward. The application does not guarantee an interview, training place, assignment or income.
When are referral rewards earned?
There are two one-time rewards: one after the required completed training days, and one after the first full working month from the hiring date. Evzon verifies both milestones. See the current amounts and calculator in the referral guide. Your referral keeps its recorded terms; an application alone earns no reward.
Who can see my application?
Only approved administrators can review your application details, including contact information, date of birth, and basic submission information such as IP address and browser. If you use a referral code, your referrer can follow your application stage, but cannot see your birth date, IP or device details. The form explains this before you submit.
