SALARIES & EARNING POTENTIAL

Start at $500. Build toward more.

The $500 starting salary applies to your first month of work. After that, Evzon reviews your progress. As your skills, consistency and performance improve, you can qualify for higher pay.

ROOM TO PROGRESS

Your starting salary
is a starting point.

After your first month, we review your progress. If you are improving, you can earn more. Higher pay depends on demonstrated performance and is agreed with Evzon.

We look at the quality and consistency of your work, how you apply feedback, and your performance over time. An increase is confirmed after review; there is no automatic or fixed future amount.

PROGRESS SHOULD BE VISIBLE

What do we look for
when reviewing your pay?

Improvement is about the whole job,
not just one strong sales day.

01

Communication quality

Clear, attentive conversations that follow the assigned account guidelines and respond to what subscribers actually say.

02

Consistency & reliability

Being prepared for agreed shifts, following workflows and completing accurate handovers.

03

Learning & feedback

Applying trainer feedback, correcting mistakes and working more independently as your skills develop.

04

Performance over time

Sustained improvement in the quality and results of your work, considered alongside the requirements of your assignment.

How progression is discussed

After the first month, the team reviews your work and feedback with you. If your progress supports an increase, the new amount and effective date are agreed with Evzon. If more development is needed, the review identifies what to improve. Higher pay is an opportunity earned through progress, not an automatic monthly raise.

UNDERSTAND YOUR COMPENSATION

Clear terms before you begin.

Your salary

Evzon pays your agreed salary. The first working month is $500; pay after that is discussed through the performance review process. Your payment dates, schedule and any applicable deductions are confirmed during onboarding.

Bonuses & additional pay

Any bonus or worker commission must be separately agreed, including how it is measured and when it becomes payable. A higher sales figure does not automatically create an extra payment.

Your development

Your first month is a starting point. We look at communication quality, reliability and how you apply feedback. Improving your skills can lead to higher pay after review; increases are not automatic.
